South Indian Style Oyster Mushroom Pepper Fry

Ingredients:

  • 200g oyster mushrooms (cut into strips)

  • 1 onion (sliced)

  • 2 green chilies (slit)

  • 1 sprig curry leaves (Kaddi Patta)

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper

  • ½ tsp fennel seeds (Saunf)

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder (Haldi)

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • Salt to taste

How to Cook:

  • Heat oil, add fennel seeds, and curry leaves.

  • Add onions & green chilies, fry until golden.

  • Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and salt.

  • Add mushrooms, sauté until cooked.

  • Sprinkle crushed pepper, toss well.Serve with rasam rice or chapati.
