South Indian Style Oyster Mushroom Pepper Fry
Ingredients:
200g oyster mushrooms (cut into strips)
1 onion (sliced)
2 green chilies (slit)
1 sprig curry leaves (Kaddi Patta)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp crushed black pepper
½ tsp fennel seeds (Saunf)
½ tsp turmeric powder (Haldi)
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
How to Cook:
Heat oil, add fennel seeds, and curry leaves.
Add onions & green chilies, fry until golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and salt.
Add mushrooms, sauté until cooked.
Sprinkle crushed pepper, toss well.Serve with rasam rice or chapati.
