Oyster Mushroom Seekh Kebabs
Ingredients:
Oyster mushrooms – 200 g, finely chopped
Boiled potatoes (Aloo) – 2 medium, mashed
Bread crumbs – ½ cup
Onion – 1 small, chopped
Green chili – 1, minced
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
Mix mushrooms, potatoes, breadcrumbs, onion, chili, ginger-garlic, spices, salt.
Shape into long kebabs on skewers.
Pan-fry with little oil till crisp on all sides.
Serve with mint chutney.
