Oyster Mushroom Seekh Kebabs

Ingredients:

  • Oyster mushrooms – 200 g, finely chopped

  • Boiled potatoes (Aloo) – 2 medium, mashed

  • Bread crumbs – ½ cup

  • Onion – 1 small, chopped

  • Green chili – 1, minced

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

  • Garam masala – ½ tsp

  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix mushrooms, potatoes, breadcrumbs, onion, chili, ginger-garlic, spices, salt.

  2. Shape into long kebabs on skewers.

  3. Pan-fry with little oil till crisp on all sides.

  4. Serve with mint chutney.
