Oyster Mushroom Mirchi Bajji
Ingredients:
Large green chilies – 6 (Bajji mirchi)
Oyster mushrooms – 100 g, chopped
Onion – 1 small, chopped
Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp (Adrak-lehsun)
Gram flour – 1 cup (Besan)
Rice flour – 2 tbsp (Chawal ka atta)
Carom seeds – ½ tsp (Ajwain)
Red chili powder – ½ tsp (Lal mirch)
Salt – to taste
Oil – for frying
Method:
Slit the chilies lengthwise, remove seeds.
Cook mushrooms with onion, ginger-garlic, salt until dry.
Stuff this mixture into the chilies.
Make batter with besan, rice flour, ajwain, chili powder, salt, and water.
Dip stuffed chilies, deep fry until golden. Serve with tamarind chutney.
