Oyster Mushroom Masala Curry

Ingredients:

  • 200g oyster mushrooms (cleaned & chopped)

  • 2 onions (finely chopped)

  • 2 tomatoes (pureed)

  • 2 green chilies

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder (Haldi)

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder (Dhania Powder)

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

  • Salt to taste

How to Cook:

  • Heat oil in a kadhai, sauté onions until golden.

  • Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, fry.

  • Add turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder. Stir.

  • Add tomato puree, cook until oil separates.

  • Add mushrooms and salt, cook 7–8 minutes until soft.

  • Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander. Serve hot with roti or steamed rice.
