Oyster Mushroom Masala Curry
Ingredients:
200g oyster mushrooms (cleaned & chopped)
2 onions (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (pureed)
2 green chilies
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder (Dhania Powder)
½ tsp garam masala
2 tbsp oil
Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Salt to taste
How to Cook:
Heat oil in a kadhai, sauté onions until golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, fry.
Add turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder. Stir.
Add tomato puree, cook until oil separates.
Add mushrooms and salt, cook 7–8 minutes until soft.
Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander. Serve hot with roti or steamed rice.
