Oyster Mushroom Butter Masala
Ingredients:
200g oyster mushrooms (cleaned & sliced)
2 onions (chopped)
2 tomatoes (pureed)
2 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp fresh cream
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder (Dhania Powder)
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat butter+oil, sauté onions until golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste, fry.
Add turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder.
Add tomato puree, cook until oil separates.
Add mushrooms, salt, and cook for 7–8 minutes.
Add cream, kasuri methi, garam masala. Stir. Serve with naan or jeera rice.
