Oyster Mushroom Bruschetta
Ingredients:
Oyster mushrooms – 150 g, sliced
Baguette slices – 8
Garlic – 3 cloves, chopped
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Fresh basil leaves – 6, chopped (or coriander for Indian twist)
Cherry tomatoes – 6, diced
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
(Optional non-veg) – add crispy bacon bits or shredded chicken
(Vegan option) – skip cheese or use vegan mozzarella
Method:
Toast baguette slices till golden.
Heat olive oil, sauté garlic, mushrooms until browned. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper.
Spoon mushroom mix over toasted bread.
Garnish with basil and (optional) cheese. Serve warm as appetizer.
