Mini Oyster Mushroom Pizzettes

Ingredients:

  • Oyster mushrooms – 150 g, sliced

  • Onion – 1 small, sliced

  • Tomato – 1 small, sliced

  • Garlic – 3 cloves, chopped

  • Pizza sauce – 3 tbsp

  • Mozzarella cheese – ½ cup (or vegan cheese)

  • Mini pizza bases / bread slices – 6

  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp

  • Oregano & chili flakes – to taste

Method:

  • Heat olive oil, sauté garlic and mushrooms till golden.

  • Spread pizza sauce on bases, top with mushrooms, onion, tomato, cheese.

  • Bake at 200°C for 10 mins until cheese melts. Sprinkle oregano, chili flakes. Serve hot.
