Crispy Oyster Mushroom Wontons

Ingredients:

  • Oyster mushrooms – 150 g, minced

  • Spring onions (Hara pyaz) – 2 tbsp, chopped

  • Garlic – 3 cloves, minced

  • Green chili – 1, minced

  • Soy sauce – 1 tsp

  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Wonton wrappers – 12–15

  • Oil – for deep frying

Method:

  1. Mix mushrooms, spring onions, garlic, chili, soy sauce, salt, pepper.

  2. Place 1 tsp filling in wonton wrapper, seal edges with water.

  3. Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
