Crispy Oyster Mushroom Wontons
Ingredients:
Oyster mushrooms – 150 g, minced
Spring onions (Hara pyaz) – 2 tbsp, chopped
Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
Green chili – 1, minced
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Wonton wrappers – 12–15
Oil – for deep frying
Method:
Mix mushrooms, spring onions, garlic, chili, soy sauce, salt, pepper.
Place 1 tsp filling in wonton wrapper, seal edges with water.
Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
