Crispy Oyster Mushroom Fry (Indian Style Pakoda)
Ingredients:
200g oyster mushrooms (large pieces)
½ cup gram flour (besan)
2 tbsp rice flour (for crispiness)
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder (Haldi)
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
How to Cook:
Mix besan, rice flour, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, ajwain, salt.
Add little water to make a thick batter.
Dip mushrooms into the batter.
Deep fry until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with mint chutney.
