Chana aur Mushroom Salad (Chickpea & Mushroom Salad)

Ingredients:

  • Oyster mushrooms – 150g, roasted/grilled

  • Boiled chickpeas – 1 cup

  • Onion – 1 small, chopped

  • Tomato – 1, chopped

  • Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp

  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

  • Chaat masala – 1 tsp

  • Salt – to taste

Method:

  • Roast mushrooms until slightly crisp.

  • Mix with chickpeas, onion, tomato.

  • Add lemon juice, chaat masala, coriander. Serve as a tangy, protein-rich salad.
