Chana aur Mushroom Salad (Chickpea & Mushroom Salad)
Ingredients:
Oyster mushrooms – 150g, roasted/grilled
Boiled chickpeas – 1 cup
Onion – 1 small, chopped
Tomato – 1, chopped
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Method:
Roast mushrooms until slightly crisp.
Mix with chickpeas, onion, tomato.
Add lemon juice, chaat masala, coriander. Serve as a tangy, protein-rich salad.
